Lily Garza joined SPOC as an Information Systems Associate.
"I'm excited to be part of a team that's innovating and improving things," Garza says. "I love being able to see what happens behind the scenes of our systems and how that translates to our clients and customers. There are so many different processes and components involved in our business and there is a real commitment from everyone at SPOC to find a way to do everything better."
Aaron Waldrop has joined SPOC as Quality Assurance Engineer.
"As Quality Engineer, I help out production in a number of ways, including training, learning to uncover defects, conducting work instructions and production prints to help them better assemble equipment," Waldrop says. "I also handle defect products by logging them into the system to make sure we're disposing of them in a proper manner or sending them back to the manufacturer."
SPOC added Tre Stringer to the team as Mechanical Engineer/Designer.
In his role, Stringer will design, develop, and test mechanical and electromechanical products and systems. Stringer's appointment continues SPOC's strong record of growth, adding additional depth to the engineering team.
SPOC is pleased to welcome Kaila Szmajda to the team in her new role as Global Demand Planner. She joins SPOC after having graduated from Auburn University's MBA program.
SPOC welcomes Timothy (Tim) R. Jett as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tim has over 30 years of progressive leadership experience and was most recently a Technical Program Manager with Amazon Web Services. Prior to his work with Amazon, Tim had a long and highly successful supply chain career in the U.S. Navy; he brings unrivaled logistical experience to SPOC. As commanding officer in the U.S. Navy Fleet Logistics Center, Tim led a team of over 400 military and civilian personnel and oversaw billions of dollars of material and equipment. He is certified Level III Life Cycle Logistics through the Defense Acquisition University and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA).
